Work Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid 3 days onsite) NOTE: In-person Interview Required. Job Responsibilities: Manage daily production support issues across Risk and Investments systems. Monitoring applications and system health via alert monitoring tools and provide quick response to alerts escalations and all outages. Investigate and Resolve Technical errors. Perform Root cause analysis for production issues and incidents to address and prevent them for repeating. Document processes and procedures
