Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as a lead. Candidate should have experience in creating testing strategy (functional, non functional tests, automation approach) and coordinating with senior stakeholders for delivery of the test plan. Candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in functional testing. Candidate should have good communication skills, committed and passionate to drive their tasks independently. Should have good understanding of capital markets concepts
