Proficiency in Windows, Linux and/or macOS operating systems. Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and other common enterprise applications. Experience in Citrix, Vmware and VDI Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), hardware (routers, switches) and VPN. Knowledge of ITIL principles and practices is a plus.
