Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation; CPA and/or MST strongly preferred.5 7 years of experience in a multi-state corporate or public accounting environment with SEC exposure.Strong knowledge of ASC 740, including stock-based compensation and uncertain tax positions.Proficiency in Excel; experience with LongView is a plus.
