One of the world's largest shipping and logistics companies is expanding their robotics footprint in the Boston area and needs Program Managers to take oversee mission-critical programs to innovate the warehouse automation and parcel delivery industry.
In this role, you will working across hardware and software engineering teams to improve collaboration efforts and will be ensuring that teams are working towards business goals successfully and on pace. They are looking for experienced problem solvers and master communicators who can guide teams towards breakthrough solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- At least 4+ years of direct experience working on robotics software
- Experience working with highly motivated engineering teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience and track record of leading programs from inception to launch and ability to management budget, project plans, and timelines in an effective manner
- Ability to lead teams towards solutions and gain buy-in from multiple levels of stakeholders
- Clear and effective communication skills and ability to interface with executive leadership on technical and non-technical initiatives
- Ability to solve problems independently and explain solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in the robotics or logistics industries
- Ability to translate high-level plans and goals into actionable insights and plans for teams to follow
- Providing high-level technical and non-technical program leaderships
- Serving as a subject matter experience in your area and helping guide others towards a common vision
- Partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure program vision aligns with business goals
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders including product, engineering, marketing, and executive leadership.
